Are you interested in greening your business? NJDEP’s Office of Sustainability has developed a series of Sustainable Business Guides to encourage New Jersey businesses to adopt sustainable practices and reduce their environmental impact.

    After completing the BIA, B Lab will verify your score to determine if your company meets the 80-point bar for certification. Meet virtually with B Lab staff to review your completed B Impact Assessment and submit confidential documentation to validate your responses. To maintain certification, B Corps update their BIA and verify their updated score every three years.

Sign and pay fees
To finalize certification, sign the B Corp Declaration of Interdependence, sign your B Corp Agreement, and pay your annual certification fees. Fees vary by region. Listed below are the fees for companies based in the United States and Canada.

A one-time non-refundable $150 USD Submission Fee is payable when you submit your B Impact Assessment to review for certification.
