$500 a year for a company’s annual revenue under $500,000. $1,000 a year if revenue is $500,000 to $1.9 million. Seven other tiers, which top out at $50,000 a year for companies with $1 billion or more in annual revenue.

After completing the BIA, B Lab will verify your score to determine if your company meets the 80-point bar for certification. Meet virtually with B Lab staff to review your completed B Impact Assessment and submit confidential documentation to validate your responses. To maintain certification, B Corps update their BIA and verify their updated score every three years.

Sign and pay fees
To finalize certification, sign the B Corp Declaration of Interdependence, sign your B Corp Agreement, and pay your annual certification fees. Fees vary by region. Listed below are the fees for companies based in the United States and Canada.
A one-time non-refundable $150 USD Submission Fee is payable when you submit your B Impact Assessment to review for certification.
